    UK Next working day delivery Midday Cut off      £10

     

    Northern Ireland, Highlands of Scotland, Channel Islands etc are included as part of the UK

     

    Republic of Ireland and Europe 10 to 14 days     £16

  2. Returns & Refunds
    At Buckles & Bows Ltd we aim to give an immaculate service. Obviously this extends to instances where, for whatever reason, you feel that you would like to send your goods back for an exchange or refund. Please read the following carefully.

    If you are not happy with your Buckles & Bows goods please return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to make an exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please we suggest you send the item recorded delivery (proof of postage is not proof of receipt) from your shipper and clearly fill out the paperwork provided. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fails to reach us. You need to send it to:-

    Please insure that you fill out your name address and contact telephone number on the forms provided so we are aware of whom the return is from so we can process your refund as quickly as possible. Any item received after 1 month from time of purchase will be given a credit note to the value of their purchase.

  3. Refunds
    If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item.

  4. How are my boots delivered to me?

    UK Next Working Day - £10
    All orders need to be in by Midday and an appropriate address where someone will be in that day will be required. The boots are delivered with Parcel Force 24 and will require a signature on arrival. They can be delivered anytime the following day up until 5pm . If you are concerned your order has not turned up you can email us at sales@bucklesandbows.co.uk and someone will track your order for you. We do not deliver on a weekend so orders made on a Friday after 12pm will leave on Monday to be with you on a Tuesday. We do our level best on a Friday to get orders after 12pm on the lorry however we do have time constrains and in some circumstances this is not in our control.

     

    UK Within 7 working days - £5.00
    All boots are delivered in the UK (not including Northern Ireland and Channel Islands which are sent Royal Mail recorded delivery). A signature will be required for these items. They can be delivered anytime the following day up until 5pm . If you are concerned your order has not turned up you can email us at sales@bucklesandbows.co.uk and someone will track your order for you

    International delivery (prices vary)
    This service is only available to credit card holders. Postage will be charged according to volumetric weight and destination as per the table below. Delivery takes up to 10 working days within Europe and 14 working days for the rest of the world. Please email us at sales@bucklesandbows.co.uk if you are unsure.

     

    Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next working day.

     

    We welcome all BFPO addresses.
    All parcels require a signature on receipt of delivery so it is preferential to have an office address where someone can sign for your order.
