- Making A Purchace
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. All orders will be charged for at time of purchase. Any items that are not in stock will be refunded immediately to the card brought with. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, regular mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

- Delivery Schedule
Your order will be delivered to you during office hours (9-5pm), Monday to Friday. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you.
A signature will be required on delivery of the goods to you. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address will be proof that the order has been delivered.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

- Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

- Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction If you are not completely satisfied with your mail order purchase you can return your order to us at any time within 10 days of receipt, for a full refund on the cost of the goods or an exchange. Please note that goods must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging with the original purchase receipt.
Your statutory rights are not affected when returning any product to Henny James. All Henny James goods are checked for quality before they are sent to you. Footwear should only be fitted on a carpet for protection. Returned goods found to be damaged, marked, soiled or scratched will not be refunded or exchanged. Refunds or exchanges will not usually be given for goods returned without a Henny James returns form and full adherence to our terms and conditions. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Returned goods must be in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct the value of repackaging for any goods not returned in their original packaging. All returns should be accompanied by original documentation for credit purposes, and clearly state the reason for return. It is recommended that you obtain a proof of posting when returning goods, we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Postage charges for returned goods are the full responsibility of the purchaser, and are non refundable by Henny James. Return postage will only be met in the unlikely instance of the incorrect goods being despatched.

Henny James does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

- Returns Policy
At Buckles & Bows Ltd we aim to give an immaculate service. Obviously this extends to instances where, for whatever reason, you feel that you would like to send your goods back for an exchange or refund. Please read the following carefully.
If you are not happy with your Buckles & Bows goods please return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to make an exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, we suggest you send the item recorded delivery (proof of postage is not proof of receipt) from your shipper this costs approximately 5 pounds via Royal Mail. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fails to reach us. You need to send it to:-

Please insure that you fill out your name address and contact telephone number on the forms provided so we are aware of whom the return is from so we can process your refund as quickly as possible. Any item received after 1 month from time of purchase will be given a credit note to the value of their purchase. If you do not receive any paperwork in with the boots email us and we will send you a copy of the returns form.
